The Bayview Neighbourhood is an affluent area that combines both a lively community of neighborhoods with cosmopolitan amenities. Bordered on the north by Finch Avenue East, west side by Bayview Avenue, east side by Leslie Street, and on the south side you will find Highway 401. Real Estate in Bayview Village historically was compromised of mostly detached, semi-detached homes and luxury executive homes along Bayview Avenue. More affordable homes have also been developed along Leslie Street in the recent years. High-rise condominiums and apartment buildings have recently been built as well along Bayview and Sheppard Avenue.
There are many amenities; home to one of the city’s most upscale malls Bayview Village in filled a variety of stores including boutiques and specialty stores.
